Current Plan and Wireframe for Blog

Here are some changes I would eventually like to make, not represented by the wireframe for the main page:

• Make tabs change background color on hover
• Morale Boosts tab: make block layout with images that link to different sites
• Assignments tab: list "Blog Posts" and "Other Assignments" separately
• Clean code and re-organize with semantic elements
